Choose between contracted or per use service.
Contracted Coverage
Our contracted clients receive priority service and include automatic response to snow and ice. Calcium Chloride Ice Melt Treatment is now included for all contracted clients. A deposit of 50% is required at the start of coverage(Usually 11/15/XX through 4/15/XX). The 50% balance is due 60 days thereafter (Usually 1/15/XX). Take an additional 5% off your price if you choose to pay your contract at inception.
Per Use Service
Per use clients are required to call and schedule appointments.
We gladly welcome per use customers and would urge clients to call 24 hours in advance of potential weather to get a favorable time slot. Payment is accepted in cash only and is due upon completion.

Handyman Service
The solution for all you small tasks around the house and business such as:
Furniture assembly, light fixture replacement, ceiling fan installed, picture hanging and etc...
(NYC and Nassau County) $70 for first 2 hours and $32.50 each additional hour. This price includes labor only. If additional material is required we charge an additional hour for pickup. We do not offer handyman service outside our local region.
Our Handyman Certificates are great gifts for elderly friends who may need a little help or for your friend that can't drive a nail!
10 HR Gift Card $300 ($30, 10% Savings)
20 HR Gift Card $575 ($80, 12% Savings)
30 HR Gift Card $835 ($145, 15% Savings...That is just $27.83 per hour!)
